We are seeking an experienced Document Control Specialist to join our contract manufacturing
team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating internal and
external documentation, in accordance with established systems, policies, and procedures. This
position supports our manufacturing, engineering, sales and supply chain organizations and
requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively. The ideal
candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in
manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and update process documentation including assembly procedures, test procedures,
routers, travelers, BOMs, process flows, from both internal and customer sources.
Responsible for configuration control through coordinating, updating and maintaining
internal, external, and engineering documents through the ECO process.
Maintain the document change request database, QMS event database, and master documents
list.
Maintain and update document and revision control systems in accordance with internal
procedures.
Maintenance, preservation, archiving of controlled documentation, records, datasheets,
logbooks, QMS.
Lead, track, and facilitate investigations related to document control activities.
Collaborate with team in support of kit documentation and implementation prior to release
into production.
Assist in the review of documents for completeness and accuracy; recommend changes for
streamlining, improving, and enhancing prior to release.
Support development of necessary documentation systems, procedures, and processes.
Support sales with communication of documentation and assembly issues to customers and
provide resolution to materials and/or manufacturing departments as needed.
Support data entry, structured folder clean-up, and re-organization of files for continuous
improvement.
Maintain and organize the documentation control area in a clean, neat, and orderly manner.
Ensure quality and accuracy of own work complies with internal processes and procedures.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in documentation creation, control and maintenance, preferably in a
manufacturing environment.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Capable of developing and/or updating procedures for processes and systems as part of
continuous improvement.
Read and interpret prints, BOM, assembly documentation, and technical documentation in
support of documentation creation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional planning and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and meet
deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.
Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
Working knowledge of Quality Management and ERP systems.
Microsoft Visio or equivalent software experience to support creation of process flow
charts.
Preferred Skills / Experience
Knowledge of ISO and AS9100 quality standards, DFARS, CMMC, ITAR, and other mandated
compliance requirements.
Experience with RF Microwave contract manufacturing operations, as well as parts and
component knowledge.
Knowledge of flow charts and effectively creating and implementing to relevant activities.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Microsoft Office business programs.
Knowledge with interpretation of technical drawings.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels,
materials planning, and coordinating with suppliers and internal customers to ensure on-time
delivery of products for turnkey and consigned material kits. This position supports our supply
chain management and requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate
effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and
experience in manufacturing environments.

Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory

Generate and manage purchase orders, ensuring accurate and timely execution.

Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in procurement, planning, or inventory management, preferably in a
manufacturing environment
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory management software
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
Proven track record in managing customer-owned inventory with accurate documentation
Ability to negotiate with suppliers and managing vendor relationships over the phone, via
email, and in-person
Strong understanding of purchasing method and practices, material kitting and lot
traceability requirements
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independency and as part of a team
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field (or
equivalent experience)
Experience with RF Microwave contract manufacturing operations

Microsembly is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Solderer Assembler. As a member of the Solder Assembly Team, you will assemble and solder components on circuit boards following written work instructions in a high mix/low volume manufacturing environment.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
Solder and assemble microwave and electronic components using a microscope.
Work with team members to complete work orders.
Work on a variety of products and operation steps to achieve the production schedule.
Support the company through participation in continuous improvement efforts.
Responsibilities
Demonstrable hand-soldering skills of surface mount components to PCBs and assembly of electronic components under a microscope.
Performs solder operations according to J-STD-001 and IPC-610 standards. Verifiable and active certifications as plus.
Proficiency in the use of basic hand tools such as soldering irons, hot plates, torque wrenches, wire strippers and multimeters.
Reads and understands assembly drawings and work instructions.
Detail-oriented -- quality and precision-focused.
Understands and follows best ESD practices.
Monitors quality in accordance with established quality specifications.
Must be adaptive to a fast-paced engineering environment and able to integrate as an active team member with a positive can-do attitude.
Ability to take constructive feedback from peers, leads and/or managers.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Available to work over-time as needed.
Additional Experience
Solder board mount, installation feed-thru.
Solder on Duroid (Rogers) material.
Use of Lead-Free solder.
Use of Lenium.
Use of Rosin Flux.
Knowledge of hand cleaning.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years work experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience hand solder working in the micro-electronics industry required.
General and specialized knowledge of RF Microwave and Micro-electronics assembly. Experience with military and aerospace assemblies a plus.
Ability to manually place and solder surface mount components under microscope.
Capable of working from blueprints, assembly procedures and routes.
As our products require a high degree of fine motor skills to manufacture, vision, manual dexterity and hand and eye coordination are essential.
Experience to utilize hand tools: tweezers, EFD, torque drivers, micro cutters and other similar tools.
Experience soldering on hot plate, SMT and Thru Hole.
Strong team contributor in a dynamic workflow environment with good time management skills.
